ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Electronics and Communication Engineering department proudly presents the Second International Conference focused on "Intelligent Systems and Technologies." This conference serves as a premier platform for scholars, researchers, professionals, and students to convene and delve into the latest advancements, trends, and challenges within the realm of intelligent systems. This Second International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Technologies (ICIST 2025) organized on 18 & 19th July 2025 by Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus is solely dedicated to creating a conceivable platform for researchers, academicians and scientists to interact and exchange the research ideas. Intelligent Systems and Technologies have revolutionized various domains, from healthcare to manufacturing, from finance to transportation. ICIST 2025 aims to explore the multifaceted applications of intelligent systems and their transformative potential across industries.
ABOUT COLLEGE:
Vidya Academy of Science & Technology Technical Campus (VAST TC), one of the best Engineering colleges in Kerala is situated at Kilimanoor is a venture of Vidya International Charitable Trust (VICT). This college was established based on guidelines issued by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Within the short period, this institution has developed with its talented and committed faculty, high quality infrastructure, high technology teaching aids and by providing a serene atmosphere that complements academic life. VAST TC makes the students' life in the campus very interesting and purposeful. The students are provided with opportunities to take part in sports & games, cultural programs, dramas, various club activities and National Service Scheme. In addition, ample opportunities are provided in participating and conducting seminars, workshops, symposiums etc. The trust was constituted with a vision to provide higher education and training to our younger generation who will be highly sought after by leading business houses worldwide.
ABOUT DEPARTMENT
The aim of the department is to help the students develop the ability and mental precision necessary to analyze, interpret and disseminate knowledge to be creative in ECE. The department has highly qualified and dedicated staff committed towards teaching, research and development. Besides all, the department of ECE has well equipped laboratories with updated facilities. Besides providing strong fundamentals in basic Sciences and Engineering subjects, greater emphasis is made to enable our students to become acquainted with rapidly evolving technologies like VLSI and Embedded Systems, Analog and Digital Signal Processing, Microwave and Mobile Communications etc.
The Faculty of ECE follows an outcome based education model, to ensure the best results with expected outcome. The department always aims for a consistency in quality improvement by taking feedback from students, parents, alumni, industries and professional bodies.

Submission Guidelines
Abstract of the full paper has to be submitted before 5th July 2025. Full papers submitted on or before 10th July 2025 will only be accepted for presentation. At least one of the authors should register and present the paper in the conference. Presented papers shall be submitted for ISBN Conference Proceedings Journals.
Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit 4-6 page full papers containing original work in conference proceedings format for review. Abstract of 1000 words and full paper to be submitted while registration.
